With the CR-Z being fairly new, there isn’t really an extensive catalog of aftermarket parts to choose from; especially in the aero department. However, the CR-Z that Honda-Tuning put together shows that you don’t need that much to make something that looks great. The C-West lip kit that adorns the outside of the Honda turns the ordinary CR-Z body, into an overall more aggressive looking car. Click past the break to see what else is up with this car.
A close up of the front lip. Fitment looks good, and it matches up to all the sharp OEM curves rather well.

I think my favorite piece on this kit is the rear wing. Coincidentally, my least favorite piece is at the back too; that rear lip has way too much going on. I’m not convinced it flows with the front and side pieces.

The Type-F’s from SSR match the car very well. These seem to be a nice alternative to the popular Volk CE-28’s. I think you can follow this ongoing build in each Honda-Tuning magazine, so if you’re interested, go pick up a copy.

Here is the actual C-West promo video for the kit. Check it out! I think I like it better with the exposed carbon.
