Encounter: Snowy R33

.

Here’s another good find from Jack.  I’ve always liked the flush side-markers in the fenders.  Are those OEM S14 wheels?  Seems that the aero is too aggressive for OEM wheel offset; what do you guys think?

Maybe he’s just on winter rims? I can’t imagine a guy with such obvious taste leaving those rims on year round.

Lol, I do the same think with my CE28N Genesis rims during the winter. No way are they seeing road salt.

I think this is a fantastic photo that makes this R33 look far better than it actually does.

The wheels are a factory series 1 R33/S14/Maxima wheel, winter rim? Aus doesn’t get that bad guess we’re lucky we dont get snow for that reason. Rims all year round :D

I last visited Garage Work in 2019 before travel restrictions were in place to just say hello and check in with Iwata and the guys. Kubo was already living in Australia at the time, but his EG was still in care of the shop. Now that he's heading back to Japan, I hope to see him back on the track next season chasing the FF/NA radial record // @kubo6395
