One Shot: Zenki S14 at Umihotaru

.

There wasn’t much going on tonight, so Yuta, Allan and I went to grab a drink at Tea Station; which is pretty standard at this point.  Not sure why, but we all had our laptops and were checking out car stuff; again, pretty standard.  For some reason, most likely boredom, we started on a journey reminiscing our times in Japan and just started browsing Yuta’s old blog.  We spent easily over an hour looking at old posts and sharing stories.  Yuta mentioned it was cool to throw a few pics of his up from the last few times he went, which I thought was cool.  This one really caught my eye so I had to share.  The entire composition is just really cool and just, Japanese I guess.  This is in a parking area called ‘Umihotaru’, you may be more familiar if you saw a picture of it.  Click here to see a tilt-shift of the area I shot last time I was there.  That picture was taken from the top of the parking area, where this S14 was parked.  Umihotaru is an artificial island in the middle of Tokyo Bay where the Aqua Line turns from bridge to tunnel.  There was a Skyline meet there on a night Yuta was in Japan, so he went and grabbed a couple cool shots.  Looking back on these photos makes me realize how much I miss it.  I’ll do my best to be back in October.  I said cool 4 times in this post…I mean 5.
