The 24/25 Attack season is officially underway as we kick off the year visting one of our favorite facilities in Japan; Suzuka Circut!
While not officially an Attack sanctioned event, Aoki worked with Shiba Tire crew to offer an Attack Class during their Suzuka Circuit Full Course Racing event on October 30th, 2024. Aside from the famous circuit being hailed as a ‘drivers track’, many of the high powered frontrunners in Attack enjoy the track as it gives them a chance to really go flat out and experience speeds not obtainable at Tsukuba or other smaller courses. The day prior to the event saw heavy rain, slowing only in the early morning, which made the course extra dangerous for the first session. By afternoon the track had dried and participants were able to start putting down some legitimate times. There were only 15 cars registered in the Attack class, which was a nice, easy start to the season. We take a close look at each of them, as well as the other cars that were at the event.
